With this option, we don’t just fix problems – we actively work to prevent them. This is our most popular option and offers the best balance of cost, coverage, and peace of mind.
On-demand support
Prefer to call for help only when you need it? Our On-Demand Support package gives you complete flexibility with no ongoing commitment. How it works:
- No monthly user charge
- Flat hourly rate for both remote and on-site support
What’s not included:
- Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) software Installation
- No proactive monitoring or managed Windows updates
